Roles and Responsibilities
Securing Accops Products through continuous testing
Conducting periodic vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to discover security issues
Co-ordinating with engineering team to validate, fix and verify reported security issues
Co-ordinate with our customers to respond and remediate security issues reported by them
Imbibe strong security culture within the organization by conducting periodic security awareness trainings, sessions on secure coding practices for development teams
Monitor and safeguard Accops Infrastructure from external threat actors
Conduct periodic audits of internal & public facing infrastructure to identify and close deviations as per industry best practices
Liaison with product architects to review existing design architecture and suggest improvements based on security best practices from time to time

Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers
Guide teams for understanding requirements and provide pointers for designing boundary cases and efficient test model
Understand automation structure in place, help team to make it better
Understand customer requirements, coordinate with development team, and get it implemented with general availability in mind
Establish and evolve QA processes for efficiently delivering products to market with best of quality Good domain knowledge or at-least end user expectations
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Strong knowledge in Windows Server and client operating systems, Network/Systems administration, Active Directory, Group policy objects, User Profiling and Remote Desktop Services.
Deep understanding of Virtualization (VMWare eSXI, Vcenter, Workspace One, Horizon, MS Hyper-V, Citrix) and HCI (Nutanix)

Co-ordinate with customer and help design, configure and deploy Accops Solution suites for based on Statement of Work (SoW).
Adhere to implementation process including documentation.
Change Management in SoW with customer and product engineering team.
Driving projects from Implementation phase to roll-out and completion while ensuring project goals and success criteria are met.
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with implementation team.
Plan overall execution and timely reporting of multiple projects.
Participate in improving Learning & Development of the professional services team.
Work with product management team to improve the product by suggesting new features and enhancements.
Ensure ‘High Quality’ documentation (Accuracy of content and diagrams, clarity of diagrams (‘professional’ look), architecture and configuration details, etc).
Proper, regular and timely updates regarding project progress and work related matters.
Join and participate in scheduled meetings.
Ensure proper co-ordination with team members, client team, and others as required.
Industry Experience Required
