This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Accops Systems Private Limited. (“Accops”) collects, uses and shares the personal information of users visiting our website, https://www.accops.com/ (the “Site”). Furthermore, this Policy also applies to Accops mobile applications, applications for desktops, Accops web portals and Accops server software (the “Apps”) deployed/set up and used by our customers, partners and 3rd party providers. Further details of which are laid down below.

This Privacy Policy applies to collection, use and disclosure of information about identify of the user and any other related information, including sensitive personal data and information (“Information”), during the course of visiting our Website, https://www.accops.com/ and/or using our technology solutions including Accops mobile applications, applications for desktops, Accops web portals and Accops server software (the “Apps”), and any other website or mobile application that are linked to our Website and Apps (“third party website and apps”) which are independently managed and controlled by such third parties and you have the right to read and understand their independent privacy policies, before proceeding further to use it. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any ads, content, products, advice, opinions, recommendations or other material of third-party websites and apps.
COLLECTION / DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
It is clarified that Accops provides software technology solutions on license basis to its Customers for being used by business users of its Customers including employees and employees of contractors of its Customers (“Users”) . The Users can use either the laptop and or end-devices provided by their employers or their personal laptop and or devices. Accops technology solutions, when deployed, reside on Customer owned or hired infrastructure, fully managed and controlled by customers or customer appointed IT service provider or customer hired cloud service provider (“Infrastructure”). All Information that is collected and processed by Accops solutions while using Accops solutions is stored on the Infrastructure fully in control of the Customer and Customer is the custodian of all such information, which includes

  • User Details (Username, User ID)
  • Company name & Email ID
  • Phone number
  • IP address of users (including hostname, domain name, WAN IP address and Geolocation)
  • OS Version
  • User device uniquely identifiable information like CPU ID, HDD ID, Motherboard ID, USB device serial number, OS ID, Machine MAC ID, IMEI number or UID
  • Third-party websites and apps visited
  • Logs history

Accops does not have any access to or control over such Information residing on the server of its Corporate except for need to know basis for product troubleshooting and technical support reasons.

That apart, our Website and Apps are also visited by public at large seeking to know about our offerings, services and expertise with a view to learn, procure our services and technology solutions. We collect only those information and data which are necessary to provide and improve our services and user experience. In course of such visit whatever information/data/profile are disclosed by/collected from the users are required in the mutual interest of our business and the users, as well as for statutory requirement and complying with our legal obligations.

We also organize webinars as we are in partners with Technology vendors as well as Distributors and in such case, we or our corporate customers arrange seminars by using web-applications of other service provider and invitees participating such webinars are required to disclose their personal identity information (i.e. Name, Email ID, Phone number, Job Profile, Company Details) on such web-applications, like Zoom, Cisco, GotoMeeting etc. etc.. who are the processor of your Information/data as well as the information is also available with the corporate customers of our technology solutions. When you participate in such webinars, some information/data are disclosed to other participants, for example, the attendee list shows your name and other details; if you turn on your video camera, your image will be visible to other participants; if you send a chat or share content or profile that can be viewed by other participants. In any event, participation in such seminars is the exclusive choice of the invitees as well as these invitees also invite their known contacts for the learning and hence, the participants of such seminars disclose the required Information and data out of their own volition and expressly consent to the processing of their personal Information for legitimate purpose and/or in the interest of the participants, who are the controllers of their Information and data.

By proceeding to disclose the information in adherence to this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree that you disclose the information voluntarily and give your explicit consent to use and process your personal Information by us for legitimate purpose in accordance with this Privacy Policy as well as the privacy policy of your employer or any other third party, as the case may be.

In any event, users have the right to control the disclosure, correction and deletion of Information available with us. User may choose to log in to our Websites and Apps (Mobile Apps) via various online services, including social networking services. Our services may also enable user to access social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, Instagram or Google. When linking to a social network account to our Website and Apps or log into our services using social network account, we may collect relevant information necessary to enable our services to access that social network and user data contained therein and may share the user Information with the operator of that social network to facilitate or enhance delivery of services to user. However, the manner in which a social network collects, uses, stores, and discloses user information is governed by the policies of such social network and we shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any such social network.
LOGS
We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files logs visitors when they visit our website. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages and possibly the number of clicks.

These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user’s movement on the website and gathering demographic information.
